Things are looking way up in the the Lincoln Road retail district –  literally.

Demand for space is so high that Terranova Corp. is  expanding vertically, raising the roof on two buildings in the Lincoln Road retail area, according to a published report.

The retail landlord giant will spend $30 million to renovate and expand two buildings along Meridian Avenue and Lincoln Lane, about one block from north of Lincoln Road, the Daily Business Review reported.

“These developments expand the Lincoln Road experience on Meridian Avenue, the most important cross street, connecting Lincoln Road to the soon-to-be new Miami Beach Convention Center and City Hall,” Terranova Corp. chairman Stephen Bittel said in the article.
