Sawgrass 1 at Prologis Park completely leased

A nearly 100,000-square-foot Coral Springs industrial complex, Sawgrass 1, is 100-percent leased after a car dealer leased the remaining 31,208 square feet, Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.

Gateway, a St. Louis-based company that provides cars on consignment over the Internet since 1999, will move into Building A at 4020 Northwest 126th Avenue. Prologis, the complex’s developer, was represented by Christopher Metzger, Richard Etner Jr. and Christopher Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield.

“The Broward industrial market is thriving,” Metzger said in a statement. “The demand for facilities like Prologis Park far exceeds supply.”

Prologis is planning to develop another 407,000-square-foot warehouse or offer build-to-suit opportunities at a nearby 28-acre lot.

Miramar Park of Commerce gets 120,000 square feet of lease renewals and expansions

The Miramar Park of Commerce, a massive five-million-square-foot business park, announced three lease renewals and one expansion Thursday.

IQor, a technology company that outsources business processes to its 32,000 employees worldwide, renewed its lease at the park for the 14th consecutive year. The company occupies 52,833 square feet at 2889 and 2989 North Commerce Parkway.

United Aerospace, a producer of aviation products, moved its headquarters to the park in 2001. The company has renewed its 35,054-square-foot lease of office, warehouse and distribution space at 9800 Premier Parkway.

Telephonetics, a company that produces hold messages for phone calls, is another long-term lessee at the park. The company has renewed its lease for 8,210 sq. ft. for its corporate and sales office at 2841 Corporate Way for the 10th year in a row.

One Home Medical Equipment, a subsidiary of One Homecare Solutions, added 30,720 sq. ft. of space to its lease at 3330 to 3350 Executive Way.
