An oceanfront Manalapan estate has been put up for sale at $25 million, listing agency Douglas Elliman announced Thursday.

“Nirvana,” a 12,244-square-foot mansion, features a combination of Zen influences and contemporary features. The six-bedroom, 13-bathroom house includes a spa with a steam room, sauna and a Buddhist prayer room. The 1.6-acre estate has an infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi, cabana, tennis court, outdoor grilling area and Zen garden.

Senada Adzem, director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman, has the listing for 840 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach.

“The Nirvana estate is the perfect combination of modern and spiritual, young and old, east and west,” Adzem said in a statement. “Entering the home becomes a personal affair of elegance with a detailed blend of luxury materials complimented by magnificent views. The home will host even the most sophisticated, discerning guests or make the perfect family home.”

Krishna and Nirmala Tripuraneni paid $6.6 million for the property in 2009, Palm Beach County records show. Krishna pleaded guilty to income-tax fraud last month, the Palm Beach Post reported. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
