Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $4 million to $40 million, according to Zillow data. Star Island in Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a Lighthouse Point house in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A mansion at 1 Star Island Drive owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan was listed for $40 million. Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber of The Jills has the listing for the seven-bed, eight-bathroom home in Miami Beach. The 1.34 acre-estate was built in 1940. The property last sold in 1993 for $1.8 million and comes with a separate guest house.

#2 A penthouse unit in Key Biscayne is on the market for $19 million. The seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom condo at 360 Ocean Drive comes with a private roof terrace, infinity pool and a beach cabana. EWM’s Giuletta Ulloa has the listing for the 7,616-square-foot penthouse.

#3 Unit 3502 in the Continuum South Beach was listed for $10.5 million. Florida Realty of Miami’s Zuzanna Borucka has the listing for the three-bedroom, four-bathroom condo at 50 South Pointe Drive. The 4,246-square-foot home was last sold in November 2013 for $6.3 million.

#1 An oceanfront Manalapan estate has listed for $25 million, Douglas Elliman announced Thursday. “Nirvana,” a 12,244-square-foot mansion, features a combination of Zen influences and contemporary features. The six-bedroom, 13-bathroom house includes a spa with a steam room, sauna and a Buddhist prayer room. The 1.6-acre estate has an infinity edge pool, Jacuzzi, cabana, tennis court, outdoor grilling area and Zen garden. Senada Adzem, director of luxury sales at Douglas Elliman, has the listing for 840 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach.

#2 Coldwell Banker’s Jonathan Postma has the listing for 600 Northeast Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton. The seven-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom waterfront house is on the market for $8.9 million. The 2.3-acre compound was last sold in 1996 for $2.4 million.

#3 A West Palm Beach mansion was listed for $6.5 million. The 8,177-square-foot estate at 14498 Cypress Island Circle has eight bedrooms, nine-and-a-half bathrooms. It was last sold for $425,000 in 1989. Cam Kirkwood of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

Broward

#1 Fidelity Real Estate’s Jim Morlock has the listing for 1645 East Lake Drive in Fort Lauderdale. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion is on the market for $8.6 million. It was built in 2002 and has 12,000 square feet.

#2 A waterfront home at 441 Royal Plaza Drive in Fort Lauderdale is on the market for $5 million. The 6,200-square-foot house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Jim Morlock of Fidelity Real Estate has the listing.

#3 Rock waterfalls, a lagoon and hand-carved mahogany beams are some of the features of a Lighthouse Point house that was listed for $4 million. The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom house at 2308 Northeast 30th Court has 11,025 square feet. Jessica Rosato of Nestler Poletto-Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
