The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Last week’s list of priciest condo sales was an even spread, with units closing all over Miami-Dade County’s elite sub-markets, according to data from Condo.com.

A unit at the Millenium Tower Residences took the top spot, selling for $3.6 million. Nelson Gonzalez of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell had the listing. He is followed closely by Robert Jacobs of Beachfront Realty, who completed his listing of a $3.2 million at the Ocean Blue complex in Miami Beach.

EWM had three agents make the list, totaling $6.34 million in sales. Beachfront Realty came in second, and Williams Island Realty in third, with $5.2 million and $2.77 million in sales, respectively.
