The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Last week was slow for luxury sales, with prices dipping below the million-dollar mark and 40 less sales in Miami-Dade County from the previous week, according to data from condo.com.

The week’s most expensive condo was a unit in Key Biscayne’s Oceana, which sold for $2.27 million. Miriam Merino of Fortune International Realty had the listing. She is followed closely by Angela Felice of Galt Ocean Realty, who brokered the sale of a $1.85 million unit at the Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach.

Jose Pigna of Savoy Realty and Stephanie Bienstock of South Beach Investment Realty tied for third place with their $1.65 million sales of units in the Vila Regina and Murano Grande, respectively.

There were 141 recorded sales in Miami-Dade for a total of $44.7 million. The average sale price was $317,158 and the average price per square foot was $244.
