The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales

Last week’s list of priciest condo sales in Miami-Dade County were lower than the previous week, with prices dipping below the $1 million mark and total sales across the county down almost $40 million, according to data from condo.com

The week was led by a celebrity sale: Oklahoma City’s star basketball player Kevin Durant closed on his 900 Biscayne penthouse for $3.15 million on Friday. He was represented by Ben Moss of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, while the buyer — an unnamed Colombian investor — was brought by Michael Light of Miami Luxury Homes.

Most of last week’s priciest sales hovered between $1.1 million and $1.7 million with two exceptions: Durant’s penthouse and a $910,000 condo in Key Biscayne.

Across the county, there were 160 condo sales totaling $54 million — down from the previous week’s total of $90 million. The average price per unit was $337,617 and $264 per square foot.
