A four-story townhome at Mosaic in Miami Beach has hit the market for $4.99 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The 2,777–square-foot unit is in the same building as Brooke Hogan’s home while she was on the VH1 reality show “Brooke Knows Best.”

The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom townhouse features a private rooftop lounge, private entrance, direct ocean access, two-car garage, in-unit elevator and a European-style kitchen. It’s one of four townhomes at the development.

“It’s right on the sand. It’s amazing,” listing agent Linda Degrave of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty told TRD. “It’s a townhome on the beach. It has the five-star amenities of a luxury condo and the privacy of a house.”

The reality show aired from 2008 to 2009, and was a spin-off of “Hogan Knows Best.” It followed Brooke Hogan living independently of her parents. She and her roommates laid out in the sun and partied in Miami Beach.

Mosaic, at 3801 Collins Avenue, is near the Faena district, which when completed will include three condo towers, along with a hotel, event and retail complex in Mid-Miami Beach. Mosaic was completed in 2006.

The seller, a couple from New York, paid $2.4 million for the unfinished unit in 2012 and used it as a vacation home, Degrave said. It’s designer-ready and has been professionally furnished and renovated since then. Amenities include a wine room, private theater, beachside service, a swimming pool, gym, dog park, boardwalk access and free valet parking.
