VIDEO: Drone footage of new Bay Harbor condos

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has just released drone footage of the Kai at Bay Harbor Islands condo project, which is currently under construction.

The footage was released as part of the building’s topping off announcement on Tuesday. Located at 9940 West Bay Harbor Drive, the seven-story building promises to bring 54 units to an area that’s exploding with new construction. It’s being developed by 3D Developers, a partnership between three real estate companies: Brick O., Blue Sky Developers and Equipo.

“Seven buildings with 307 units were underway as of July in Bay Harbor Islands, so to be topped off on schedule is a significant milestone for Kai as the pioneer of Bay Harbor Islands’ condo boom,” Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Reality, said in a statement. “We are confident the project will sell out to completion at a faster pace than anticipated.”

Prices range from $631,000 to $1.5 million on units that measure between 1,100 square feet and 1,800 square feet. Features of the condos include glass balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the canal that separates the Bay Harbor islands.
