A New York-based developer and Miami-based Fortune International Group have launched preconstruction sales for a branded luxury condo-hotel in Orlando.
Leading the project is Lorenzo Fragala, CEO and founder of New York-based Azzurra Development, LLC. He hired Miami-based Arquitectonica as the project’s architect. Heading the interior design work is New York-based Meyer Davis Studio.
Prices for the 436-unit, 21-story building range from $290,000 for a studio to $1.8 million for a four-bedroom penthouse. Fortune International Group is the property’s exclusive sales agent.
The 14-acre site of the planned ph Premiere Hotel & Spa Orlando overlooks a 400-acre spring-fed lake. The amenities of the planned ph Premiere Hotel & Spa include access to boating, sailing and skiing on Lake Bryan.
The ph Premiere Hotel & Spa would be the first branded development of its kind in Orlando, which trails Miami in luxury condo-hotel development, even though Orlando annually hosts 45 million more visitors than Miami.
According to Smith Travel Research, 2,695 hotel rooms built around condominiums in Miami are expected to open in 2016, and 5,000 more are under development.
“The time has come for Orlando to know world-class luxury, style and entertainment all within one resort, and we are honored to be a driving force in this collaboration of visionaries,” Edgardo DeFortuna, president, CEO and founder of Fortune International, said in a prepared statement.— Mike Seemuth
