Five agents have joined Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert, including three from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Stephan Burke, Carol Cassis and William McClain left ONE Sotheby’s. Burke has sold nearly $100 million of property over his 20-year career, according to a press release. Cassis has worked with luxury residential properties, commercial buildings and Miami Beach hotels; and McClain has a background in the luxury hotel industry. McClain has also worked with the Campins Company.

On the flip side, top producers Alex Miranda and Joe Padula left BHS | Zilbert in October to join ONE Sotheby’s and expand the firm’s presence in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood.

BHS | Zilbert also hired Jill Velarde and Ryan Brescia as agents. Velarde, a design consultant, previously oversaw the development of luxury single-family homes. Brescia was previously director of operations and business development at Brooklyn-based Brick&Mortar, as well as an investment adviser and sales manager at Charles Schwab.

Brown Harris Stevens acquired Zilbert International Realty in June for an undisclosed amount. In September, BHS | Zilbert agent Jeffrey Miller represented the buyer of two penthouse units at Faena House, which sold for a record $60 million.
