The Bristol Palm Beach hosted a grand opening of its sales gallery to support the Lois Pope Life Foundation.

The planned 25-story, waterfront condo tower will include units ranging from three to five bedrooms and from 3,700 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Amenities will include private elevators, 24/7 staff and concierge services. The project, at 1100 South Flagler Drive, is expected to break ground in May.

Chris Leavitt of Douglas Elliman is the director of sales for the Bristol. Flagler Investors, a partnership between Golub & Company LLC, Commercial Financial Management and Elion Partners, is the developer. Property records show that Flagler paid $21 million for the Bristol development site in July 2014.

Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Revuelta Architecture International are the architects, while EDSA will design the landscaping and Amir Khamneipur the interiors. – Katherine Kallergis and Sean Stewart-Muniz
