James McNally, a photographer who is known for illegally climbing some of New York City’s tallest buildings, has been arrested for scaling another one, 70 Pine Street.

The nerve-racking video shows McNally sneaking in and then climbing to the pinnacle of nearly 1,000-foot tower last September.

“I’m not naive,” McNally told DNAinfo. “I’m well aware that along with physical risks, there are other consequences — it’s silly to think that you can trespass all the time and you won’t get in trouble for it.”

Rose Associates and partner DTH Capital just wrapped up a conversion of the former office building into luxury condos.

McNally also was arrested and charged for his climbing One57, a residential high-rise in Manhattan. He currently faces charges of reckless endangerment and criminal trespass.
