The property stretches from the Intracoastal

Tibor and Anika Toth sold the property at 3901 South Ocean Boulevard.

Records show a trust led by Jan A. Marks bought the nearly 3-acre beachfront property. It stretches from the Intracoastal, dock included, across the street all the way to the beach. Included in the property are a mansion and guest house, with a total of eight bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a pool and beachfront.

Since 2012, the 15,141-square-foot estate has been on and off the market, priced at $19.5 million. In April, it was relisted for $17.5 million, then taken off the market again, according to Realtor.com.

Toth paid $3 million for the Highland Beach home in 2003, property records show. It was built between 2008 and 2010, and is within walking distance of the Regency Highland condo complex.

In January, he sold a spec townhome to a pair of software executives for nearly $9 million. Toth controls the development group that sold the four-story, beachfront home, which is nearby at 4521 South Ocean Boulevard.

Marks, the buyer, was also behind the purchase of nationally syndicated morning radio host Tom Joyner’s former Golden Beach mansion in Miami-Dade. The trust paid $21 million for that property in October.

An earlier version of this article misidentified Tibor Toth as a former Hungarian diplomat.
