Celebrity broker now $12 million in debt
February 20, 2009 11:00AM
ABC's Jeffrey Kofman tours Miami with broker to the stars Carlos Justo, who has gone from selling $200 million worth of real estate to being $12 million in debt. All of the houses he owns are now in foreclosure. He said his decision to move from real estate sales to real estate investment caused his problems. But he plans to continue selling real estate, and his current clients think he'll be able to rebound.

This dude has guts, that's the way to do it admit you're down and know you're going to return to the top!!! It's obvious that's what makes him successful, so he made a few bad decisions at least he rolled the damn dice, hurah!!!!

Buddhists monks in your penthouse? Probably rented props. This guy is an ass and does not deserve the protection of bankruptcy. Hey #1, you are not successful when you roll the dice and come up snake eyes. Success is when you sell your overpriced home on Star Island to some jerk who flys over it in a helicopter.

Interesting comments, success comes in many ways and yes snake eyes is an option (loosing one naturally). Let's face people if you really sell real estate it's all in the packaging. If you have to take out your clients to the Four Seasons and discuss business or drive around touwn in your rented rolls or helicopter then so be it, the bottom line whatever it takes.

Think of what your place was worth in 1995. That is what it is worth now and lunch in the Grill Room of the Four Seasons is not going to change that. Sorry Carlos, your done.
