Isram Realty Holdings gets new CEO

Shai Moschowits has been named CEO of Isram Realty Holdings, a Hallandale-based company that currently owns 1.5 million square feet of shopping centers in Florida. Moschowits was previously with Woolbright Development. The company has also partnered with Fimiani Development Corporation to acquire and lease Class B shopping centers around the state. Fimiani's founder and president, Michael Fimiani, is the exclusive leasing agent for Isram. TRD
