Miami trial lawyer buys multi-million dollar Manhattan penthouse

Miami trial lawyer James Ferarro, who owns the Cleveland Gladiators arena football team, is buying a 2,600-square-foot, $8.2 million penthouse at the Park Imperial on West 56th Street. Ferraro told the New York Observer that he thinks this market will be the best buying opportunity of the next 25 years. The seller is Related Companies Vice Chairman David Wine, whose unit had not officially been on the market. Ferraro said he plans to spend three to seven days per month in the apartment. Ferraro also has homes in Miami and Martha’s Vineyard.
