Golfer Greg Norman has raised the price on his South Florida mansion.Golf legend Greg Norman has increased the price on his Jupiter Island mansion after substantial renovations. The nine-bedroom, six-building estate was listed for $65 million in 2007, but Norman dropped the price last year to $45 million. The listing, held by Corcoran, now prices the property at $60 million. The Real Deal previously reported that a successful sale would set a record price for Jupiter Island.

The price change is so arbitrary. From $45M to $60M because he made renovations? It doesn’t make any sense. Bad pricing and bad timing. Its going to sit on Corcoran’s website for years at that price.
