The Livmor in Harlem. This project is should have been called The Value. It is even NYSERDA approved for energy savings. Arguably the best housing opportunity on Manhattan Island. The 3 bedrooms are amazing.

You may not be able to buy at a discount at this new development, as nearly all units have sold, but buyers at Superior Ink Condominium Townhouses will likely see their investment hold their value going forward. Which is quite something given the over all market we’re in these days. And when the high-end real estate market in Manhattan gets back its footing, I think owners there will see their investment grow significantly over time.

The Azzure? you have got to be kidding. 91st & 1st across the street from the Issacc’s Housing Projects? No really, be serious. Land lease? Limited tax deductibility and high prices? Really, be serious.
