Real estate research website Zillow.com has released its yearly list of the best cities in the nation for trick-or-treaters, with Seattle, Wash. taking the top honors. The list ranked cities based on population density, crime data, walkability and their rank in the Zillow home value index. Western cities scored high on the list, with San Francisco, Portland, Ore., San Jose, Calif. and Denver rounding out the top five. In total, a quarter of the 20-city list was comprised of cities in California. No South Florida cities made the cut. Zillow said it plans to unveil lists of the top five neighborhoods within each of the top towns on the treat-or-treating index. TRD
