The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 247 E. Rivo Alto Drive Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.695 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $255,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.95 million when it hit the market in January. The 3,482-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 10,500-square-foot lot on Venetian Islands with bay views and a pool. It is also available for rent for $14,000 a month unfurnished or $16,000 a month furnished. Julian Johnston of Sterling Equity Realty has the listing.
