After purchasing Airport Financial Center in Miami Springs, Belgravia
Management has chosen CB Richard Ellis as the property’s exclusive
leasing agent. The 100,000-square-foot, 10-story office building is
located at 700 South Royal Poinciana Boulevard in Miami Springs. “The
acquisition of Airport Financial Center represents Belgravia
Management’s entry into the U.S. market,” said Mark Toennes, president
of Belgravia Management. “The owner is committed to creating a
competitive leasing program that will attract quality tenants to the
building.” CB Richard Ellis’ Elizabeth Santos, a senior associate with
18 years of experience in Miami, has been awarded the assignment. TRD
