Feds go after three more alleged timeshare marketing fraudsters

Federal prosecutors are taking aim at James Michael Tomasso, Wensley Robin McFarlane and Nicholas Charles Higgins, three timeshare telemarketers in Palm Beach County who allegedly conspired to commit wire and mail fraud from boiler rooms in Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, the Palm Beach Post reported.

According to a criminal complaint filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, they allegedly recieved fees of more than $3 million for condo timeshare sales they did not deliver, operating under names including Euroamerican Timeshares, E.A.T Sales and National Timeshare Liquidators.
