Boca Village under contract for $30M

A Brazilian investment group has purchased the Boca Village Corporate
Center, a Class A office project in Boca Raton. The deal is part of a
new trend of foreign buyers, especially from Latin America, looking
beyond the residential market and into commercial ventures. Boca
Village is located at 4855 Technology Way in Boca Raton, and was
developed by Malcolm Butters, Ned Segal and Art Falcone. CB Richard
Ellis’ Chris Lee represented both parties in the deal. [SFBJ]
