Retailer Ann Taylor is set to open at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens
Friday, the company’s fourth concept store in Florida. Three others, all
in the tri-county area, have opened in 2010. The addition is part of a
strengthening retail market in the region, according
to Sterling CEO Brian Kosoy. After the departure of high-profile
big-boxes like Borders and Robb & Stucky, South Florida is primed
for a big improvement in the retail sector, with stores like hhgregg
