Sunny Isles Beach could get a 57-story Porsche Design Residences
condominium tower, if a new proposal comes to fruition. The project would be on the
current site of the 120-unit Golden Nugget Beach Club, according to the
South Florida Business Journal. Porsche Design Residences, which would
have 132 units and more than 500,000 square feet of space, would be
jointly developed by Dezer Properties and Porsche Design. It would
feature 284 robotic parking spaces. [SFBJ]
