Greenwich-based Ivy Realty has completed its renovation of the 250 Royal Palm Way office building in Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The firm’s executives own possess more than 9 million square feet of commercial real estate in New York City, and purchased 250 Royal Palm Way in 2010 while the property was in foreclosure. “When 250 Royal Palm Way became available, we saw it as a rare kind of deal, a building on a marquee block, Banker’s Row, in the best location with the best potential,” said co-owner Anthony DiTommaso. “If we have another chance at a Palm Beach property, we will take it.” The overhaul was completed by Glidden Spina & Partners, which remade the property in a contemporary Mediterranean style.
