A group of Palm Beach office buildings has sold for $3.5 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The seller was a land trust connected to the Palm Beach Day Academy. “It just became clear that we probably weren’t going to use it for school use,” said Rebecca van der Bogert, head of the school. Palm Beach residents Tom Quick and Michael McCloskey were the buyers of the properties, which are located at 230-234 South County Road at the northwest corner of Seaview Avenue and South County. The had been listed by BlueGate Partners, which has offices in New York and Palm Beach. Quick and McCloskey are looking to improve the property. [Palm Beach Daily News]
