Konover South announces Davie, Delray leases

Delray Beach-based Konover South announced the signing of two new leases in Davie and Delray Beach, including a 1,590-square-foot lease by Color Me Mine ceramics studio at Konover’s 271,601-square-foot Plaza at Davie, and a long-term 550-square-foot lease by Marino’s Originals barber shop at the 150,157-square-foot Delray Square II. Konover’s Vivian Ricardo represented the firm in the deal. Konover South owns and manages 15 retail centers in Florida and Michigan totaling 2 million square feet. — Alexander Britell
