The most expensive new listing to hit the market today in South Florida is a single-family home at 6466 North Bay Road in Miami Beach that’s asking $6.9 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 5,457-square-foot home was built in 1951 with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It sits on a waterfront lot with 23,257 square feet, a pool and 100 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay. Albert Justo of One Sotheby’s International Realty is listing the home.
