St. Regis Bal Harbour reaches $623M in sales

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Residences has reached $623 million in sales in its first seven months, according to a report from Condo Vultures. The Starwood property, which is comprised of three towers, sold 170 units for an average price of more than $1,435 per square foot since November, according to an analysis of county records. Unit sales ranged from $1.35 million to $13.5 million, according to Condo Vultures. The project has a total of 500 units, including condos, hotel rooms and fractional condo units.
