A 3-acre ocean-to-lake double lot has broken the 2012 residential sales record in Palm Beach at $23.94 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The lots, which are located at 1902 and 1906 South Ocean Boulevard, were sold by husband-and-wife media entrepreneurs Laurie Silvers and Mitchell Rubenstein to a Delaware-based limited liability company named after the addresses of both of the vacant parcels. Together the lots offer approximately 300 feet of waterfront property. The deal was closed last Wednesday and recored by the Palm Beach County Clerk’s Office on Thursday.

The buyer was represented by unnamed brokers at Sotheby’s International Realty and Lawrence Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates represented Silvers and Rubenstein, owners of Boca Raton-based Hollywood Media. The previous record for a Palm Beach sale was held by 1840 South Ocean Boulevard, which sold for $23.5 million in May.
