Kendall’s Market Square shopping center tops 80 percent occupancy

Kendall’s Market Square retail center has added several new leases to top 80 percent occupancy, according to Gadinsky Real Estate, which is marketing the 70,000-square-foot property. New tenants at the center include Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Chase Bank and Don Shula’s Shula Burger, which will open its first Miami-Dade County location at Market Square this fall. The property, which is owned by College Park II, has 12,000 square feet of retail space available, according to Seth Gadinsky, principal of Gadinsky Real Estate. — Alexander Britell
