The Gale and Regent South Beach hotel will be opening Dec. 4, according to Miami-based hospitality group Menin Hotels. The 1935 property has been undergoing a $35 million renovation. It will have 87 rooms and include an outpost of Chicago speakeasy Drumbar and a 5,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck. “This is our most extensive renovation of a classic South Beach property to date,” said Keith Menin, principal of Menin Hotels. — Alexander Britell
