Disney fund continues condo push with second Miami-area tower in North Beach

A fund developed by the family of former Disney executive Roy Disney is eyeing a second condominium project in Miami, according to CVR Realty. The fund, which recently received approval for the Palau at Sunset Harbour project in Miami Beach, is planning the Peloro tower on the 6600 block of Indian Creek Road in the North Beach section of the barrier island. It will be located on the site of the former Regalia 2 project, according to CVR.  — Alexander Britell
