South Beach’s Berkley Shore hotel lists for $13.8M

The Berkley Shore hotel in South Beach has been listed for sale by Majestic Properties at $13.78 million, the brokerage announced. Majestic’s Roberto Pecchi has the listing on the 64-room property, which is located at 1610 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach at the intersection of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue. South Beach’s hotel market is seeing a spate of hotels on the block, from the Delano to the Raleigh, the latter of which sold over the summer. — Alexander Britell
