A unit at the Bath Club condominium in Miami Beach’s Mid Beach neighborhood has been sold for $4.5 million, according to data from real estate information firm StreetEasy. The unit is located at 5959 Collins Avenue. The seller was Takis Mitropoulos, while the buyer was Rodney O’Neal. The deal was officially recorded on Jan. 8.
