Palm Beach condo sales rise 30 percent: report

The number of condominiums and co-ops that sold in Palm Beach in November rose 30.8 percent year-over-year, according to the latest Evans Report from Palm Beach-based attorney and real estate analyst Leslie Robert Evans. There were 17 sales in November, compared to 13 in November 2011. The median sales price for condos and co-ops was $475,000, compared to the report. In the same period, six single-family homes were sold, the same number as were sold in November 2011. The median sales price for single-family homes was $2.85 million. —Alexander Britell
