Shulamit Holding, an exporting and relogistics company, is relocating from its Davie base. The firm has purchased the 10,000-square-foot One United Bank building at 2412 North State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes, according to Brenner Real Estate Group. Shulamit purchased the property at auction, represented by Brenner’s Helen Weissman, commercial associate. The seller, One United Bank, represented itself. Terms were not disclosed. Brenner also announced a recent 6,000-square-foot lease at Crystal Park in Pompano Beach to Horiso, a metal-forming machine operations company. Keyes Realty represented the tenant in that deal, while Brenner represented landlord Sterling Developers. —Alexander Britell
