Marketing luxury homes to South Florida’s millionaire buyers is getting more personal thanks to a new high-end care package called LuxeBox by Sandow, the Palm Beach Post reported.

The 15-pound personalized package was developed at Florida Atlantic University’s Research Park and began distribution in December as a tool to connect well-heeled homebuyers with South Florida’s most exclusive designers, contractors and showrooms. It features a thick linen-wrapped encyclopedia of contacts, stationary specially monogrammed for the client, a graphite-colored Fred Segal limited edition cashmere-mix throw, a two-year subscription to Luxe Interiors and Design magazine and a stainless steel measuring tape.

And just to be sure the luxury buyer has time to leaf through the box’s contents, it arrives strictly on Fridays.

“This gives you all the sources you need the most when you need them the most,” Michael Ruskin, vice president of sales for Sandow, said. “We wanted something that makes an impact.” [PBP]Christopher Cameron
