South Florida home price gains slowing down

Home prices across South Florida grew 11.5 percent in June, year-over-year, continuing the trend of slowing gains, according to S&P/Case-Shiller data.

Home prices increased just 0.6 percent from May to June in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, not on a seasonally adjusted basis. In April and May, prices were up by 1.2 percent, according to the Miami Herald.
