West Palm addiction treatment center sold to Texas company

A deed made public today shows Origins Behavioral Healthcare of Texas paid $11.5 million for West Palm Beach’s 21-acre Hanley Center.

It was announced Friday that Origins bought Hanley Center, located just west of St. Mary’s Medical Center, from a Pennsylvania nonprofit.

The seller, Caron Treatment Centers, also sold their facility Gate Lodge in Vero Beach to Origins and plans to use a portion of the proceeds to boost expand its Boca Raton facility, an executive told Palm Beach Post.
