The Azura housing development north of Boca Raton has been almost sold out by the Toll Brothers, a luxury home-builder based out of Horsham, Pennsylvania.

The 85-home development was bought for $5.1 million by Toll Brothers in 2010, after Regions Bank foreclosed on the site with previous developer Gordon Homes. The site was mostly unfinished when the Toll Brothers purchased it.

Now, home prices start at $900,000 and go to $1.3 million, the Sun-Sentinel reported. One lot and a model home are all that’s still up for sale.
