Ricky Martin’s former Miami Beach mansion has hit the market again for $21 million.

The Mediterranean-style estate has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and an outdoor pool. Located at 5030 North Bay Road, the two-story home is 8,697 square feet and sits on a three-quarter-acre waterfront lot.

The superstar singer sold the estate in 2005 to the current owners for $10.6 million.

Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of realtor team The Jills with Coldwell Banker are handling the listing.

Eber told The Real Deal that the home retained many of its original features from when it was built in 1937. A massive banyan tree on the property is more than 100 years old, Eber said.

“It’s really a perfect combination of the location and style,” Eber told TRD. “You’ve got a view of downtown. You’ve got timeless architecture. It’s just an exquisite property.”

The home, which has a dock, also features marble and granite floors and a marble staircase.

Many Miami celebrities call North Bay Road home, including Miami Heat players Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade. Former homeowners on the street include Matt Damon and Jennifer Lopez. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
