Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $5.9 million to $37.9 million, according to Zillow data. Palm Beach had the priciest property and a home in Broward County was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A brand new mansion in Key Biscayne was listed for $29.7 million. The 10,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The property at 420 Harbor Drive last sold for $4.1 million in July 2002. Brigitte Nachtigall of Great Properties International Realty has the listing.

#2 Luxe Living Realty’s Dora Puig is the listing agent for 369 North Hibiscus Drive. The Miami beach home has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 8,288 square feet. It’s on the market for $14 million. The property last sold in May 1993 for $570,000.

#3 A Fisher Island condo is on the market for $15.6 million. Luxury Living Realty’s Karla Abaunza has the listing for the unit at 7716 Fisher Island Drive, which has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and 5,800 square feet.

Palm Beach County

#1 James McCann of the Corcoran Group is listing this 12,655-square-foot Palm Beach mansion at 390 North Lake Way for a whopping $37.9 million. The freshly built two-story home has 130 feet of frontage on Lake Worth, including a deep water dock. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a handful of terraces and water views from the kitchen.

#2 The oceanfront mansion at 969 South Ocean Boulevard in Delray Beach has been put up for sale at $19.9 million. It was recently rebuilt by local luxury home builder Mark Timothy. The home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and is 11,462 square feet. The home has both summer and winter pools — one oceanfront and the other in a courtyard, respectively. It has European-style architecture and archways throughout. Candace Friis of the Corcoran Group has the listing.

#3 An estate in the Kensington section of the Palm Beach Polo, Golf and Country Club has been listed for $7.9 million. Located at 2722 Sheltingham Drive in Wellington, the home has nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and is 10,483 square feet. The main entrance leads to a coquina-stone staircase up to the second floor, where the guest bedrooms and bar are located. Carol Sollak of Envel & Voelkers has the listing.

Broward County

#1 A mansion at 38 Isla Bahia Drive in Fort Lauderdale has hit the market for $8.9 million. This seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has its own elevator, maid’s quarters and an air-conditioned veranda outside with a summer kitchen. The home had been listed for sale at the same price in February, but was removed from the MLS three weeks later. Now back on the market, it is being listed by Jose Gouvea of Florida Luxurious Properties.

#2 A massive equestrian estate at 13351 Luray Road in Southwest Ranches is being sold for $6.8 million in a bankruptcy sale. Situated on 12 acres, the main home was built from imported Italian marble and stone. The property has 13 stables, horse jumps and a guest house. The listing describes it as an “old world” home with modern amenities. It is being listed by Carlos Navas of EMM Enterprises.

#3 Unit 2901 at the Las Olas Beach Club complex is being sold for $5.9 million. Located at 101 South Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, the condo has 5,695 square feet, four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. It is listed by Rory Vanucchi of Premier Estate Properties.
