Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from nearly $4.1 million to $32 million, according to Zillow data. Fort Lauderdale had the priciest property and a home in Weston was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 A triplex unit at the Miami Beach Edition, 2901 Collins Avenue, is on the market for $27.5 million. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo spans 8,290 square feet and includes a gourmet kitchen by Bulthaup, elevator, and teak wood flooring. The private rooftop also includes a 36-foot lap pool and outdoor kitchen. Douglas Elliman’s Chad Carroll, also of “Million Dollar Lising Miami,” along with Laura Cresto, are the listing agents. The Edition was completed in 2014.

#2 A Mediterranean-style estate in Miami Beach was listed for $25 million. The 12,101-square-foot mansion, at 6385 Pine Tree Drive Circle, has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It also features 175 feet of water frontage. It was built in 1937 and renovated to include updated technology, a pool, spa, koi pond, gardens, gym, wine cellar, dock and more. Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

#3 Nearby is a 6,968-square-foot home, at 4745 Pine Tree Drive. The 10-bedroom, seven-bathroom house was listed for $14.75 million. It has a guest house, pool, fountains, gourmet kitchen and 100 feet of water frontage. The property was developed in 1930. It last sold for $2.6 million in 2003. Bryan Halda of The Halda Group at Gray & Associates has the listing.

#1 An equestrian estate in Wellington was listed for $9.5 million. The 10-acre property, at 15310 and 15384 Natures Point Lane, includes a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with guest quarters, a 12-stall barn, viewing lounge, sand arena and six paddocks. It was built in 1997 and last sold in April. Maria Mendelsohn of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent.

#2 The half-acre property at 444 East Coconut Palm Road, an eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in Boca Raton, has been listed for $7.9 million. Marie Caradonna, part of Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty team, is listing the 10,523-square-foot home, which was built in 1992. It last sold for $3.5 million in 2011.

#3 A 10,410-square-foot home at 485 Northeast Spanish Trail in Boca Raton is on the market for $7.89 million. The mansion, which was built in 2007, last sold for $5.45 million in 2008. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Jennifer Kilpatrick, of Corcoran, is the listing agent.

Broward

#1 Florida’s ex-foreclosure king David J. Stern and his wife Jeanine have listed their waterfront mansion in Fort Lauderdale’s Harbor Beach for $32 million. The corner 60,000-square-foot lot along the Intracoastal features 505 feet of water frontage, which can fit up to a 300-foot megayacht, Dennis Stevick, Dale Atkins and Michelle Sorrentino of DND Associates of ONE Sotheby’s are listing the property at 5 Harborage Isle Drive. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-baths.

#2 A beachfront, 3,658-square-foot home in Pompano Beach was listed for $4.7 million. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom home is on a 9,618-square-foot lot at 1906 Bay Drive. It was built in 1956. Steven Staples of Staples Real Estate is the listing agent.

#3 A Weston mansion is on the market for $4.1 million. The seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom estate features a porte cochere, home theater, billiard room and bar. Colfax Realty Group’s Carmen Ames de Jongh is the listing agent for 2947 Lake Ridge Lane. The 10,972-square-foot home last sold in 2007 for $3.7 million. It was built in 2006.
