The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a
five-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 2128 North Bay Road in Miami
Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $4.9 million
Dade County home saw a $545,000, or 10 percent, price cut from $5.5
million, the original price when it hit the market in January. The
home, which sits on a 20,000-square-foot lot, features a private dock,
paved courtyard and a three-car garage. Nelson Gonzalez of
