Less than a week after Donald Trump was hit with a sanction by a federal judge in one of the lawsuits tied to the scuttled Trump International Hotel & Tower project, the celebrity developer notched a victory in Broward Circuit Court.
Retired Boston restaurateur John Taglieri and Crest Ultrasonics CEO J. Michael Goodson must cover some of the costs for Trump’s legal defense after the businessmen unsuccessfully sued the developer and the Trump Organization in an attempt to recover unit deposits at the Fort Lauderdale condo-hotel.
