Brokers Dina Goldentayer and Sladja Stantic of the DS Team have joined One Sotheby’s International Realty. The two brokers, who are based in Miami Beach, specialize in waterfront properties. The two were previously affiliated with Keller Williams, where they were reportedly the firm’s top-producing team. “We are pleased to welcome Dina and Sladja to the firm,” said Beth Butler, president of One Sotheby’s International Realty. Developer and nightclub impresario Michael Capponoi has sold his home on Sunset Island for $5.17 million, the highest price point on the island since 2007. Capponi bought the home in 2005 for $2.3 million, and oversaw a complete reconstruction two years later by his Capponi Construction Group. The home, which is located at 1620 W 21 Street, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 6,000 square feet of interior space.
