Husband and wife Walter Nollman and Ellen Maureen Carr, who live on Park Avenue in New York, have paid $3.55 million for a John Volk-designed home at 246 Emerald Lane in Palm Beach, the Pam Beach Daily News reported. The property was sold by Stephen and Madeline Anbinder, who recently paid $3.3 million for a condominium at Leverett House in March. Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate had the listing, which was originally set at $4.4 million.
